How do I book?

Simply click on the "Get Started" button in the top right corner, follow the steps on screen and it will lead you to the selection and booking system.

How much does it cost?

The service provided by Fysique is free to use, including an initial consultation with your chosen online fitness coach. You only pay your coach based on their rates if you are happy to continue after your consultation.

Can I switch between coaches?

You can have a free consultation with several coaches if necessary before making a decision. Once you have signed an agreement with a trainer you are subject to their cancellation terms and conditions.

Do you offer in-person coaching?

We strongly believe in the power of online coaching in helping people reach their fitness goals. Long term we hope to build a large enough coaching database to offer in-person services, but currently we are specialising in online only.
